Last updated: June 2026

Trading financial markets involves high risk and may not be suitable for all investors. This notice summarizes the main risks. By using TraderClub.ai, you confirm you are aware of and agree to the following.

1. Risk of substantial loss

Trading Forex, cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, commodities and derivatives involves high risk and may result in partial or TOTAL loss of invested capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

2. Leverage

Leveraged products amplify both gains and losses. With leverage, losses may exceed the amount initially deposited and require additional funds. Use leverage with extreme caution.

3. Volatility and liquidity

Markets are volatile and unpredictable. Sharp moves, price gaps, low liquidity and slippage can occur and significantly affect your orders, including preventing execution at the desired price.

4. Not investment advice

TraderClub.ai is a community, education and technology platform. Content, signals and analysis are EDUCATIONAL and INFORMATIONAL and do NOT constitute investment advice, financial advisory, an offer or a promise of returns. We are not a broker, asset manager or licensed analyst.

5. Signals and artificial intelligence

Signals and analysis are generated by algorithmic and AI models and are probabilistic. There is no guarantee of accuracy, availability, timeliness or outcome. The AI may be wrong, delayed or unavailable. Any decision to trade is solely yours.

6. Past results

Past results, simulations, backtests and performance examples do NOT guarantee future results. Performance may vary substantially with market conditions.

7. Execution and broker

Order execution happens at YOUR broker (e.g., via MetaTrader 4/5). TraderClub.ai only transmits instructions you authorize; we do not custody funds and do not guarantee execution, price, liquidity or absence of slippage. You are responsible for your risk limits and for all orders, including automatic mode (copy trading).

8. Cryptocurrencies

Crypto assets are even more volatile, may suffer total loss of value, technological failures and abrupt regulatory changes. Consider these additional risks before trading.

9. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decisions and trades. Before trading, consider your financial situation, risk tolerance and objectives, and consult a qualified professional if needed.
